Purchasing & Shipping

 

How do I pay for my artwork?

Payments are taken through Paypal which is availble at check-out. You do not need a Paypal account in order to use Paypal.

I also welcome bank transfer, if you prefer to pay by this method send me a confirmation e-mail detailing which artwork you would like to purchase and i will mark the artwork as sold on my website and send you the bank transfer details. The artwork will be shipped once payment is received.

When will I receive my artwork?

Most orders are packed and shipped within 5 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on where you are.

Can I collect directly from you?

Yes, if you would like to collect in person and avoid delivery costs, simply select pick up from the options at the checkout. I am based in Bergen, Norway and am also often in the UK in the County Durham area, please just drop me an email to see what is possible.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery within Norway and UK 100kr

Delivery rest of the world - 200,-kr

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I ship internationally, please note delivery times may be longer. if your country is not available at the check-out please send me an email and I can supply you with a quote for delivery.

Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please note that you will be liable for these additional costs. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for them.

Returns

What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?

I hope that you love your new piece of art, however if you really dont like it I offer a Buy-Back agreement.

If a piece is not as you expected please contact me within 7 days by e-mail. Once a return is agreed you are responsible for packaging and arranging the return. Once the artwork is safely returned your payment will be refunded minus original shipping and PayPal costs. A photograph before packaging will be requested in the event the piece is damaged in transit.

Please note, at this time I do not accept international returns.

What if my artwork is damaged when it arrives?

I take great care to carefully wrap and package all my work. however if your piece has been damaged in transit, please take photographs of the packaging and of the artwork itself including the damage, and contact me immediately.

The Artwork

Are the pieces framed or unframed?

It is specified in each description in my shop whether a painting is framed or unframed or supllied with a mount. Please e-mail me with any questions.

Can I view the painting in person?

Yes, I am mainly based in Bergen Norway, so if you would like to and are able to see the work in person, please get in touch.
